From Kamer 11 to Voice Male...
|
| Spring 2006 |
Voice Male embarks on a promo-tour across Belgium,
The Netherlands and Germany. In the mean time,
plans are being made for new shows, new recordings,
new releases,
and more fun!
|
| 22 February 2006 |
The long awaited new Voice Male album Goody
Bag is solemnly released at the Stadsschouwburg
in Leuven. Nobody in the sold out concert hall
is shocked or appalled by the sleeve picture.
|

On tour in Germany, Voice Male wins the prestigious
Lüsterklemme award, issued by the Lüdenscheid
Cultural board. The prize comes with a number

| Summer and autumn
2005 |
Voice Male spends hot summer days in a dark
and sweaty studio, trying to get their 4th album
ready. It will go by the name of Goody Bag and
will feature the songs with which they have
been touring through Belgium and The Netherlands
for the past ten months. The album sleeve will
contain a picture of a nice lady's ass. Voice
Male is very proud to finally release an album
where both the sleeve and the disc have a hole
in the middle

| June 2005 |
Toothpaste and shoeshine are packed in a hurry,
as the boys leave for South-Africa. They are to
perform at the Innibos Cultural Festival in Nelspruit.
They appear on national television alongside local

| September 2004 |
No summer holidays for Voice Male: after a couple
of months of hard work, the band takes a new start.
There's a brand new website, a fresh new singer
Tijl Corremans, a new stage show and tons of plans
for the future. |
| August 2003 |
Bad news for Voice Male, as record company Sony
decides not to renew the boys' contract, due to
the overall crisis in the music industry. But
nothing can stop these guys, and they continue
touring with their current stage show, already
working hard to prepare yet another theatre program
for next year. |
| March 2003 |
With the help of American producer Tom Salisbury
the boys record their most recent album Approved.
It features a number of songs from the stage show
by the same name, as well as a new duet with Sertab
Erener. |
| 2002-2003 |
Since working together with good looking girls
has proved succesful, VM releases a duet with
Belle Perez, a very succesful Belgian / Spanish
singer. The song is a cover from the Mecano classic
Hijo de la Luna and it becomes a huge hit
both in Flanders and The Netherlands. |
| 8 March 2002 |
After two years of touring in Flanders and The
Netherlands, Voice Male is ready to present its

Chased by bad luck during preparations and rehearsals
of the new theatre show Colors, Voice Male
is backed up by friends such as Bart Peeters to
bring the show's première to a good end.
|
| November 1999 |
The second album Colors is released.
It features a duet with Turkish pop diva Sertab
Erener, winner of the 2003 Eurovision Song Contest.
Zor Kadin makes it to the number 1 spot
in the Turkish charts and becomes a massive hit.
The boys fly over to Istanbul regularly to shoot
a video, do television shows and perform live
at the historical Efes open air theatre for an
audience of approximately 752 546 people (and
counting). |
| December 1999 |
For thirteen weeks on end Voice Male is the

| Awkward moment number 1 |
The first edition of the That's live

| June 98 |
It is with great pleasure and pride that the
